Warranty & Returns

Our vehicle breakers take great care to ensure that you receive the exact part that you've ordered with all products fully tested prior to dispatch. However, should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase then you can take advantage of our 30 day warranty scheme, allowing you to return any items to the original seller as long as they are in the same condition as when sold. If for any reason your part does not arrive within the expected time frame, you'll be able to use the tracking number sent to you at the point of dispatch to try and locate your item.

    In the unlikely event that you need to return any products purchased from Remove My Part's approved sellers, the first step is to contact the seller. They may be able to offer a replacement and provide advice.

  • Returns & Postage

    Any returned parts should be sent back in the original packaging where possible. Remember, all products are security marked to ensure that they are the same ones that were originally dispatched by your supplier, so it's essential that you return the exact part you were initially sent.

  • Replace Or Refund

    Our breakers will do there very best to assist in any situation. In the unlikely event a part has to be either replaced or refunded, our network of breakers will be more than happy to assist after the return of the original part.
